1. Contiguous United States Delivery

Merry Pinery delivers to residential and commercial addresses across all 48 contiguous US states. Oversized shipments (such as 9 ft and 12 ft estate trees) ship in reinforced corrugated master cartons with reinforced edge-crush packaging.

• Standard Ground: Estimated 3 to 6 business days from fulfillment.
• Expedited Freight: Estimated 2 to 3 business days for select holiday lighting and decor items.
• Tracking: Real-time carrier tracking numbers are emailed automatically upon dispatch.

2. 30-Day Seasonal Return Framework

We take pride in exceptional needle realism and craftsmanship. If a tree or holiday piece does not fit your space as anticipated:

• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included stands, pedals, and hardware.
• Contact support at care@merrypinery.com prior to dispatch to receive a pre-authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) shipping slip and designated warehouse receiving label.
• Authorized returns are processed in accordance with Enhance Pro LLC return standards.

3. Damaged or Missing Parts Resolution

If any item arrives with transport damage or a missing section or bulb packet, our customer support team provides expedited replacement parts without requiring return of the entire tree.
